摘 要 人工智能的发展，既为图书馆知识服务提供了便利，同时也带来了新的挑战。论文在阐述人工智能与图书馆知识服务的概念的基础上，分析了未来基于人工智能的知识服务转型趋势，构建了基于人工智能的公共图书馆知识服务框架，并提出了人工智能环境下的知识服务发展对策，为公共图书馆将人工智能融入知识服务提供了参考。

Analysis of Knowledge Service Practice in Public Libraries Based on Artificial Intelligence

Abstract The development of artificial intelligence not only provides convenience for library knowledge service， but also brings new challenges. On the basis of expounding the concept of artificial intelligence and library knowledge service， this paper analyzes the transformation trend of knowledge service based on artificial intelligence in the future， constructs the knowledge service framework of public library based on artificial intelligence， and puts forward the development countermeasures of knowledge service under the environment of artificial intelligence， so as to promote references for public libraries to integrate AI into knowledge service.

在图书馆知识服务的过程中，人工智能技术也得到了推广应用，在语音识别、智能检索、自助查询、图书定位等方面发挥了显著作用，无论是对于读者还是图书馆员，都提供了极大的便利。但是由于人工智能的出现时间较晚，理论研究也尚处于初级阶段，图书馆与人工智能相关的知识服务还需要完善，智能化程度还有较大的发展空间。图书馆在“智能管理，智能服务”发展的大趋势下，需要根据自身的运营模式和发展需求，进一步拓展人工智能在知识服务中的应用广度和应用深度，提高图书馆知识服务的效率和质量，推动知识服务的智能化发展。

1 人工智能与图书馆知识服务概述

人工智能这一概念最早出现在1950年，是由图灵提出的一种判断机器的智能程度的方法[1]。到了20世纪70年代，有学者提出用数据驱动人工智能的理论，但当时大数据的发展还比较滞后，因此这一理论并没有得到迅速发展。直到20世纪90年代，随着互联网的发展和大数据技术的成熟，人工智能也进入了飞速发展的新时期[2]。……
