【摘 要】 目的：观察景红颗粒对急性血瘀大鼠凝血功能和血液流变学的影响，阐明其活血化瘀的作用机理。方法：采用注射肾上腺素并在冷水中游泳的方法形成血瘀模型，采血制备富血小板血浆和贫血小板血浆，采用三种不同的血小板聚集剂二磷酸腺苷（ADP）、花生四烯酸（AA）和胶原（CG），测定血小板聚集率。取血测定全血粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞压积等指标。正常大鼠用电刺激的方法形成颈动脉血栓，观察景红对血栓形成时间、血栓纤维蛋白量的影响。结果：景红颗粒1.8 g/kg对AA引起的血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用，3.6 g/kg對三种不同的聚集剂引起的血小板聚集均有明显的抑制作用。景红3.6g/kg能明显抑制肾上腺素导致的低切变率下全血粘度的升高，对血浆粘度、红细胞压积无明显影响。景红颗粒能剂量依赖性延长动脉血栓形成时间，使血栓纤维蛋白量减少。结论：景红颗粒能够抑制血瘀大鼠血小板聚集，降低血粘度，延长血栓形成时间，降低血栓纤维蛋白量，产生有益的活血化瘀作用，适用于气虚血瘀型冠心病。

Study on the Effect of Jinghong Granule on Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Jinghong granule on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in acute blood stasis rats.Methods The subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and ice water bath were used to establish the acute blood stasis rats model.Blood was collected from abdominal aorta to prepare platelet-rich plasma and platelet-poor plasma. Three platelet aggregating agents， adenosine diphosphate （ADP）、Arachidonic acid （AA）， collagen （CG）， were employeed to test the Platelet aggregation rate. Whole blood viscosity（WBV），plasma viscosity（PV），erythrocyte hematocrit （HCT） were observed to study the effects of Jinghong granule on hemorheology in rats with acute blood stasis.The carotid artery thrombosis in rats was formed by electrical stimulation， and the effects of Jinghong granule on thrombosis time and thrombus fibrin content were observed. Result Jinghong granule 1.8 g/kg has obvious inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation caused by AA， and 3.6 g/kg has obvious inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation caused by three different aggregating agents. Jinghong 3.6 g/kg can obviously inhibit the increase of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity under low shear rate caused by epinephrine in rats. There was no obvious effect on plasma viscosity and hematocrit. Jinghong granule group with low， medium and high dose can prolong the time of arterial thrombosis in a dose-dependent manner; The amount of thrombotic fibrin was reduced respectively. Conclusion Jinghong granule have the effect of improving blood hemorheology and inhibiting platelet aggregation rate.
