【摘 要】 目的：利用文献已有方法进行测定芦山藤中总黄酮含量，为芦山藤全面发展质量问题分析提供理论依据。方法：在NaNO3-Al（NO3）3-NaOH比色法辅助下，用紫外分光光度法测定芦山藤中总黄酮的含量。结果：在条件为5%NaNO3-8%Al（NO3）3-5%NaOH，最大吸收波长为406nm，芦丁标准品在18.4～53.6g/mL范围有较好线性关系（r=0.9998），线性方程为A=0.01288C+0.01587，总黄酮平均回收率为99.0%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为2.50%。结论：此方法操作比较简便、精密度高、回收率高、重现性好，可用于芦山藤总黄酮的含量测定。

Determination of Total Flavonoids in Lushan Vine by UItraviolet Spectrophotometry Assisted by Colorimetry

Abstract：Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids in rattan by the method of literature，so as to provide the basis for the total quality analysis of Lushan vine. Methods The content of total flavonoids in Lushan vine was determined by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry with the aid of NaNO3-Al（NO3）3-NaOH colorimetry method. Results Under the condition of 5% NaNO3-8% Al （NO3）3-5% NaOH， the maximum absorption wavelength was 406nm， the linear rangeofrutin had a good linear in the range of 18.4～53.6g/mL（r=0.9998）， the linear equation is A=0.01288c+0.01587， the recovery of total flavonoids was 99.0%， and the relative deviation （RSD）was 2.50%.Conclusion Themethod？Is simpie in operation，high in precision，recovery and reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of total flavonoids in rattan.

蘆山藤是菊科植物岩穴千里光Cissamp-elopsis spelaeicola（Vant）C.Jeffrey et Y.L.Chen的干燥茎叶，具有活血、止痛、祛风除湿等功效，用于治疗跌打损伤、风湿骨痛、小儿惊风等症[1]。早记载于《中国高等植物图鉴》。而在《贵州植物志》中记载的芦山藤别名为岩生藤菊。产于四川、贵州、云南、广西[2]。据前期的瑶药调查发现，芦山藤除了友谊关分布外，广西壮族自治区金秀瑶族自治县的大多数地方也有分布。但是通过查阅国内外文献，发现瑶药芦山藤的化学成分、药理活性、质量控制等方面的相关报道、研究较少。梁爽等[3]从糯米风75%乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定出12个化合物。为了进一步研究芦山藤的化学成分，本实验利用已有的测定总黄酮方法，如陈凌霆等[4]采用超声辅助显色测定黄芪总黄酮含量对广西瑶药芦山藤的总黄酮含量测定进行研究。现报告如下。
