摘  要：随着笔者学院图书馆教育部科研项目“优质校”背景下高职院校图书馆纸电一体化建设与服务研究的立项，课题的重要组成部分——“个性化读者服务”已然作为高职图书馆拟构建纸电一体化服务模式中的构成要件，成为构建高职图书馆纸电一体化四轮驱动设想中的一环，发挥着不可替代的作用。发挥现有优势，补齐短板，将馆藏优势最大化，是目前工作中的亮点之一。

Probe into the Personalized Reader Service of the Integration of Paper and Electricity in the Libraries of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of "High Quality Schools"

——Take the Library of Jiangxi Vocational College of Agricultural Engineering as an Example

Abstract：With the establishment of the integrated construction and service research of paper and electricity in the higher vocational college library under the background of the scientific research project of the Ministry of Education of our library， "Personalized Reader Service" has become an important part of the subject. The library intends to construct the essential elements of the integrated paper-electricity service model， which becomes a part of the four-wheel drive conception of the integrated paper-electricity integration of higher vocational libraries and plays an irreplaceable role. Giving full play to existing advantages， making up for shortcomings， and maximizing the advantages of collections is one of the bright spots in the current work.

图书馆从古至今，从阮冈纳赞学说到如今拟构建“优质校”背景下高职院校图书馆纸电一体化服务模式，从汲取人类智慧到阅读无界限，作用越来越彰显。鉴于拟构建高职图书馆“纸质资源管理+电子资源配置+个性化读者服务+读者阅读习惯分析”相融合的纸电一体化服务体系设想，如何完成四轮驱动运作模式至关重要。

江西农业工程职业学院是一个有着80年办学历史的名老高职院校，有着镇馆之宝的清代巨制名著《古今图书集成》现存1581册，默默见证农院图书馆发展历程，验证了文化不是割裂过去就能孤立存在，而是传承与创新的延续。该馆秉承人无我有，人有我优的馆藏初心，在数十年个性化读者工作运行中，其正常运转需遵循三大法则：一曰开放包容，二曰自我提升，三曰守正创新。
