摘  要：目前，图书馆仍处于良好的运营状态，在新时代文化与旅游融合的背景下，倡导全民阅读，更要积极推广和强化特色服务。九年义务教育的实施，打开了中国素质教育的大门，响应国家号召，越来越多的人开始关注个人素质的培养。因此，我国出现了全民阅读的热潮，图书馆作为主要的阅读场所，发挥着举足轻重的作用。文化旅游融合发展下的阅读，可以有效地增强全民文化自信，该文从图书馆整合新时代文化旅游资源的必要性分析图书馆的使命。

How does the Library Help the Integration of Culture and Tourism in the New Era

Abstract： In recent years， with the improvement of national quality， the demand of Chinese residents for libraries is also increasing. In the new era， the integrated development of culture and tourism provides more possibilities for the development of libraries and more opportunities and resources for national reading， which has a positive impact on the ideological and political concepts of the Chinese people. At present， the library is still in a good state of operation. Under the background of the integration of culture and tourism in the new era， we should advocate the nationwide reading and actively promote，strengthen the characteristic service. The implementation of nine-year compulsory education has opened the door of quality education in China. In response to the call of the state， more and more people begin to pay attention to the cultivation of personal quality. Therefore， there is an upsurge of nationwide reading in China， and the library， as the main reading place， plays an important role. Reading under the development of cultural tourism integration can effectively enhance the cultural confidence of the whole people. This paper analyzes the mission of the library from the necessity of integrating cultural tourism resources in the new era

人文融合是現阶段文化旅游在发展中的特色现象，通过将特色文化融入文化旅游这一行业中，就可以借助文化产业对旅游行业进行支撑。满足人们对美好生活的新期待，需要丰富的精神食粮，这就是十九大报告其中的重要内容。以解决现阶段存在的社会矛盾，更好地融入民生，调整旅游结构，提高全民文化素质为重点，将文化与旅游相结合。图书馆在文化旅游一体化时代的创新发展中，必须融入大发展、大融合的理念。媒体融合时代，遵循时代发展规律，更有效的阅读方式将渗透到人们生活的方方面面。

1  图书馆在新时代文旅融合发展中的必要性

1.1 新时代文旅融合背景下的发展是时代必然

将文化与旅游相结合，将文化传播渠道转化为市场价值，打造中国文化品牌。对外国人而言，中国特有的人文精神和民族特色极具吸引力和观赏性，非常适合旅游推荐。……
