摘  要：“大众创新，万众创业”是党和政府在经济发展新常态下提出的新要求与新目标，在素质教育的深入下，大学生教育教学中要明确创新创业教育的重要性，结合社会发展的需求以及大学生的成长需要等要素，为大学生构建出优质的创新创业实践平台，鼓励大学生自主创新，积极创业，将创新意识和思路付诸于实践，展示出更多的新成果与新技能，推动我国现代化建设的发展。该文分析了创新创业实践平台构建的重要性，分析了目前创新创业实践平台构建的问题，提出了改革的措施。

Teaching Reform of Practice Platform for College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract： "Popular innovation and entrepreneurship" are the new requirements and goals put forward by the party and the government under the new normal of economic development. With the deepening of quality education， the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education should be clarified in the education and teaching of college students. Combining the needs of social development and the growth needs of college students， we should build a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurial practice platform for college students， encourage college students to innovate and actively start their own businesses， put their innovative consciousness and ideas into practice， and show more new achievements and new skills to promote the development of our country's modernization drive. This article analyzes the importance and the current problems in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship practice platforms and proposes reform measures.

大學生是社会主义现代化建设的重要力量，同时高校也是培养复合型人才的摇篮，随着社会和企业对人才的需求量逐渐增加，高校在人才培养的过程中，必须要对社会发展趋势有充分的认识，并通过与企业的合作，为学生构建出以创新创业为导向的教学体系，拓展学生的实践平台，进而推动大学生全面发展。

1  创新创业实践平台构建的重要性

创新已经成为时代发展的主题，在新时期下，国家之间的竞争以及企业之间的竞争，归根结底是创新能力与人才之间的竞争，尤其在“互联网+”的背景下，技术的革新速度十分快捷，对人才的要求也越来越高，高校在教育教学中，不仅要学生的基础理论知识加以强化与夯实，同时还要对学生的技能、创新意识、实践能力等多个方面进行培养，增强大学生的综合素质，这样才能为我国经济发展培养出更多高素质的人才。……
