摘  要：课程体系是人才培养的重要载体，建设一套科学的课程体系，对于审计干部培训工作至关重要。干部培训是培养审计人才的主要渠道，随着时代的发展，审计工作环境和工作方式也发生了变化，如何跟上时代的步伐，如何提升审计效率，如何培养高素质的审计干部，发挥审计在党和国家监督体系中的作用，变得尤为重要。该文从现场教学培训的意义、课程体系的实施与保障、构建完善的课程体系3个方面来阐述。通过对现场教学课程体系的研究，探索出适应审计干部培训的课程，充分发挥现场教学的作用，弥补课堂教学的不足，调动学员的积极性，发挥学员主观能动性，对审计干部培训提出一点合理性建议。

Research on On-site Teaching Course System of Audit Cadre Training

Abstract： Curriculum system is an important carrier of talent training and the construction of a scientific curriculum system is essential to the training of audit cadres. Cadre training is the main channel for cultivating audit talents. With the development of the times， the audit work environment and working methods have also changed. How to keep up with the pace of the era， how to improve audit efficiency， how to train high-quality audit cadres and give full play to the role of audit in the party and state supervision system has become particularly important. Through the research on the on-site teaching curriculum system， we explored courses suitable for the training of audit cadres， gave full play to the role of on-site teaching， made up for the lack of classroom teaching， mobilized the enthusiasm of the students， played the subjective initiative of the students， and put forward some reasonable suggestions for the training of audit cadres.

1  审计干部培训的意义

奥林治说：“变革呼唤培训！”培训的目标不仅是要开发学员的潜能，更要不断地提高自身水平适应新的形势。信息化、数字化、电子化的今天，审计的工作方式和环境都在不断变化，从古代的勾、比、磨、勘的审计方法到大数据、计算机审计，从传统的工具算筹、算盘到计算器、计算机，从革命根据地时期的审计到跟踪审计，审计的工作效率如今早已提高很多，审计的工具也先进许多，如今的审计在全国基本已全部覆盖，对财政收支、民生保障、粮食安全等方面都发挥着巨大的作用。审计工作较其他工作，有其特殊之处，其他的工作基本是固定的地点和固定的时间。……
