摘  要：创新融入策略是提高小学班主任德育工作新颖灵活性、统一规范性与主体实践性的重要措施，也是培养小学生思想情感、价值观念、思想品质与性格行为的重要途径，能够提高小学班主任德育工作能力，深化德育素质教育改革。本文简要分析小学班主任德育工作中融入激励方式的必要性，提出一些具体合理的新途径来改进激励方式。

Analysis on the Ways of Inspiring Ways to Integrate into the Moral Education Work of Primary School Teachers in Charge

【Abstract】Innovative integration strategy is an important measure to improve the novelty，flexibility，standardization and subjective practice of the primary school head teacher’s moral education. It is also an important way to cultivate primary school students’ thoughts，emotions，values，ideological qualities and character behavior，and it is also an important way to improve the primary school head teacher’s moral education. It can improve the moral education work ability of primary school head teachers and deepen the reform of moral education quality education. This article briefly analyzes the necessity of incorporating incentive methods into the moral education of primary school head teachers，put forward some concrete and reasonable new ways to improve incentive methods.

巧用激励方式是提高小学班主任育德工作与小学生认知规律、思想情感诉求吻合度的主要手段，也是强化其德育理论知识实践转化意识与效果的主要方式，更是扩大德育与智育互为补充、辅助促进作用的主要策略。但是受激励方式融入手段落后、理念传统、内容局限等多种因素的影响，小学班主任德育工作中激励方式融入实际效果与预期目标之间的差距不断扩大，因此，班主任应从融入目标、理念、手段、内容、评价及实践活动等层面改革升级激励方式融入模式，引导小学生明确并纠正自己错误的思想观念与行为习惯，为实现小学生思想道德水平与自省发展能力的共同提升奠定了基础。
