摘  要：2020年初，一场名为新冠肺炎的疫情席卷全国，使我国经济受挫，众多企业倒闭、大量人员失业，给高校毕业生就业也带来了巨大的挑战。同时，疫情前进又产生新业态，催生了新的就业机会。“稳就业”处于“六稳”之首，在机遇与挑战并存情况下，如何采取有效的手段“稳就业”成了高校的重要任务之一，如何采取切实可行的办法来帮助大学生就业成了辅导员的首要任务。该文以毕业生实际工作为切入点，简要分析了大学生在疫情期间产生的就业情况及表现，并提出促进就业的具体策略。

On the Strategy of Keeping Employment of Graduates under the COVID-19

Abstract： At the beginning of 2020， an epidemic called COVID-19 swept across our country， causing economic setbacks in China. Many enterprises closed down and a large number of people lost their jobs， which also brought great challenges to the employment of college graduates. At the same time， the epidemic has given rise to new forms of business and new job opportunities have been created. "Ensure stability in employment" is the first of the "six stabilities"， in the situation of opportunities and challenges coexist， how to take effective measures to "ensure stability in employment" has become one of the important tasks of colleges and universities. How to take practical measures to help college students find jobs has become the primary task of counselors. Based on the actual work of graduates， this paper analyzes the employment situation and performance of college students during the epidemic and put forward specific strategies to promote employment.

就業是民生之本，大学生作为社会关注的重点人群，毕业就业问题一直受到各方关注。春季原本是就业旺季，但是受到新冠肺炎疫情的影响，2020年春季学期未开学，秋季采取封闭式管理，加之毕业人数增加、国内外环境日趋复杂、全球经济下行的压力，高校毕业生面临的就业形势十分复杂严峻。

1  疫情下就业现状

新冠肺炎疫情给我国经济，甚至是全球经济都产生了巨大的冲击。2020年第一季度我国经济增长率为-6.8%，这是多年以来的首次负增长。为了抗疫胜利，我国各地都采取了居家隔离的政策，所有的经济活动暂停，大量的企业处于停滞状态，大量的中小型企业、个体工商户倒闭，这就导致大量人员失业。而企业停工，消费萎靡，就无法产生更多的就业机会，使就业失业问题陷入恶性循环。……
