摘  要：司法会计属于一门新兴技术，主要是运用司法会计方法以及司法会计原理对犯罪案件当中财会资料进行收集，对经济案件当中财会问题进行判定，实现对经济犯罪的侦查。将司法会计技术运用于经济犯罪侦查中，能够为案件侦破提供价值性较高的证据，促进司法机关在破案能力方面的提高，同时也能发挥维护社会稳定作用，在案件侦破方面有重要现实意义。

Discussion on the Application of Judicial Accounting Technology in Economic Crime Investigation

Abstract： Judicial accounting belongs to an emerging technology， mainly using the principle of judicial accounting and forensic accounting for the crimes of financial accounting information collection， to determine accounting problems of economic cases， realize the economic crime investigation of the application of judicial accounting technology to economic crime investigation， to be able to provide value， more evidence for criminal detection， improve the judicial organs in the investigation ability. At the same time it can also play a role of maintaining social stability and it has the important practical significance in criminal detection.

經济犯罪多数属于智慧型犯罪，犯罪分子反侦察能力比较强，在犯罪之后会运用虚假财会资料掩饰犯罪，在此情况下破案会存在较大困难，司法会计技术在经济犯罪中的运用，能够对犯罪证据进行收集，并将赃款追缴出，找出经济犯罪真相，因此经济犯罪侦查中司法会计技术的运用具有重要现实意义[1]。

1  司法会计技术与经济犯罪概述

司法会计技术能够及时将经济犯罪中会计信息与财务信息不符问题发现，为经济犯罪提供准确参考依据，司法会计技术属于司法会计理论的表现形式，内容上主要有两个方面，分别为鉴定技术与检查技术，检查技术运用了国家制定的与此相关法律法规，针对经济犯罪当中物质、资产、财务报表等多种情况实施全面检查以及审核[2]。这一技术的运用，能够有效地搜集财务情况，为经济犯罪侦查创造良好条件。鉴定技术主要指由专业司法会计工作人员，根据国家规定的调查的流程，对案件中会计信息、会计数据进行全面分析和全面鉴定，其获得最终鉴定结果，在此情况下，能够为经济犯罪进行定案提供有效依据。……
