摘  要：文章以浙江育英职业技术学院商贸类专业群建设为例，分析了“集群发展、资源共享”的商贸类专业群建设的意义，剖析了专业群建设过程中存在的人才培养机制有待健全、群内资源的统筹管理及整合共享不足、运行保障机制有待加强等问题，提出了明确专业群人才培养定位，完善人才培养方案，深化多元主体合作共建共享，整合资源，构建新型商贸类专业群课程体系，积极开展适合商贸类专业群的共享型生产性实训基地，做好社会服务，依托互联网背景，立足职业教育信息化发展商贸类专业群等对策。

Abstract： This paper takes the professional group of commercial trade of“cluster development and resource sharing”of Zhejiang Yuying Vocational Technical College as an example. Analyzes the problems existing in the process， such as the talent training mechanism needs to be improved， the overall management and integration and sharing of resources within the group are insufficient， and the operation guarantee mechanism needs to be strengthened and etc. The solutions will be brought forward by the status and problems. Such as clarifying the training orientation of professional groups， improving the talent training plan， deepening the cooperation and sharing of multiple subjects， integrating resources， building a new curriculum system for commercial professional groups， carrying out productive training bases suitable for commercial professional groups， and developing commercial professional groups based on vocational education informationization and etc.

2019年初國务院在《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中提出“启动实施中国特色高水平高等职业学校和专业建设计划，建设一批引领改革、支撑发展、中国特色、世界水平的高等职业学校和骨干专业群”[1]。2019年4月，教育部《关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》中也提出：集中力量建设一批引领改革、支撑发展、中国特色、世界水平的高职学校和专业群，带动职业教育持续深化改革，强化内涵建设，实现高质量发展[2]。在国家教育政策的推动下，经济发展浪潮的引领下，专业群的建设与发展迎来了崭新的机遇。

1  “集群发展、资源共享”的商贸类专业群建设意义

1.1  专业群建设高度契合国家、省、市相关产业发展战略。2017年至今，国家等相关部门陆续发布了关于专业群建设的多个纲领性文件，对专业群的建设和实施指明了方向和路径，这也给专业群的发展提供了“尚方宝剑”。……
