摘  要：电力数据通信网是基于MPLS VPN技术构建的，在传统网络设备的运行维护方式下，存在着业务配置过程烦琐、业务流量调度不灵活、业务性能指标无可视化监控等问题。随着网络技术的发展以及SDN等新技术的应用，有效解决了传统网络中存在的运行维护问题，极大地提升了运维效率。文章对电力数据通信网的现状和SDN技术特点进行分析，提出在电力数据通信网中部署及应用SDN的方法。

Research on SDN Deployment and Application of Power Data Communication Network

Abstract： The power data communication network is constructed based on MPLS VPN technology. Under the operation and maintenance mode of traditional network equipments， there are some problems， such as cumbersome business configuration process， inflexible business traffic scheduling， and no visual monitoring of business performance indicators. With the development of network technology and the application of new technologies such as SDN， the operation and maintenance problems existing in the traditional network are effectively solved， and the operation and maintenance efficiency is greatly improved. This paper analyzes the current situation of power data communication network and the characteristics of SDN technology， and puts forward the method of deploying and applying SDN in power data communication network.

0  引  言

电力数据通信网是国家电网公司一张承载语音、视频、数据等各类管理信息业务综合性网络，具有覆盖范围广、设备数量多、设备品牌多、設备新旧程度不一等特点。电力数据通信网是基于MPLS-VPN技术构建，随着电力数据通信网多年的建设，形成了一张覆盖国网公司各级机构，用于承载公司三、四区管理信息大区各类业务的综合性网络，实现了电力系统数据通信的全网互联互通。

电力数据通信网总体由两级网络构成，即数据通信骨干网和数据通信接入网。其中骨干网又分为省际网和省内网，省际网由国网公司进行运维管理，省内网和接入网由省公司进行运维管理。数据中心、信息、视频、语音等业务局域网由各业务部门进行运维管理，接入在数据通信网接入网中。电力数据通信网网络结构如图1所示。
