【摘要】 麻醉学科现已成为集疼痛诊疗、重症医学、临床麻醉、急救与生命复苏于一体的临床学科。麻醉学学术学位研究生专业课的建设不仅是传授基本理论知识的途径，同时也是加强医学生科研能力培养的重要措施。因此，本文就麻醉学学术研究生专业课建设和该过程中科研能力的融入进行了探讨。

[Abstract] Anesthesiology has become a clinical discipline integrating pain diagnosis treatment， critical care medicine， clinical anesthesia， first aid and life recovery. The construction of specialty course for postgraduates of anesthesiology academic degree is not only to impart basic theoretical knowledge， but also an important measure to strengthen the training of scientific research ability of medical students. Therefore， this paper discusses the construction of specialized courses of anesthesiology academic postgraduates and the integration of scientific research ability in this process.

医学研究生毕业后，往往从事生命相关方向的研究和工作[1]。临床麻醉医师是一种风险性较高的职业，其特点在于涉及人群广泛，病种多，患者情况复杂等，要求麻醉医学生不仅要拥有扎实的理论知识，同时还需具备较高的临床实践能力和科研素养。但是作为围手术期医学的重要组成部分，我国目前的临床麻醉医师在数量上仍存在巨大的缺口[2]，而且其综合实力参差不齐。随着国民对高质量麻醉的渴求上升，国家对麻醉学研究生的综合实力也提出了更高的要求。2015年以来，医学硕士研究生按培养模式的不同分为学术学位研究生和专业学位研究生。这项改革给我国硕士研究生的教育带来了机遇，同时也产生了挑战[3]。目前，国内麻醉学术型研究生生源参差不齐，其科研参与情况及科研能力存在较大的个体差异，该群体的科研潜力并未得到充分发挥，这不利于研究生群体科研能力的提升。当今时代，随着社会对高水平医疗服务的需求日趋增加，如何推动医学高速发展已成为大众所关注的焦点，而科学研究作为推动医学发展的重要动力，在其间发挥着不容忽视的作用。……
