【摘要】 胃癌严重影响人们的生存和生活质量，研究表明2型糖尿病与胃癌关系密切，两者相互促进，但相关发病机制尚不十分明确。多项研究证实了自噬在胃癌与2型糖尿病两种疾病中普遍呈高表达，并且在两种疾病的病理生理过程中均发挥了重要作用，但是作用机制尚不清楚。本文就自噬、胃癌与2型糖尿病三者之间的关系进行文献回顾，认为自噬可能是2型糖尿病与胃癌相互促进的机制之一。

[Abstract] Gastric cancer seriously affects peoples survival and quality of life. Studies have shown that there is a close relationship between type 2 diabetes and gastric cancer， and the two promote each other， but the related pathogenesis is still not very clear. A number of studies have confirmed that autophagy is generally highly expressed in gastric cancer and type 2 diabetes， and plays an important role in the pathophysiological processes of both diseases， but the mechanism remains unclear. In this paper， the relationship among autophagy， gastric cancer and type 2 diabetes was reviewed in the literature， suggested that autophagy may be one of the mechanisms by which type 2 diabetes and gastric cancer promote each other.

消化道惡性肿瘤（如胃癌、肝癌和食道癌等）在中国死亡率较高，其中胃癌较为常见，其发病率一直居高不下，严重影响人们的生存和生活质量[1-2]。胃癌因为其复杂的发病因素，发病机制多不明确[3]。2型糖尿病与胃癌关系密切，两者相互协同，明显增加了患者的患病风险，但其中相关发病机制尚不十分明确。细胞自噬是通过一个叫自噬体的特殊结构，与溶酶体融合后对过剩的蛋白质以及有缺陷或受损的细胞器进行大量降解的过程[4]。自噬在胃癌与2型糖尿病两种疾病中普遍呈高表达，并且在两种疾病的病理生理过程中均发挥了重要作用，但是作用机制尚不清楚。本文就自噬、胃癌与2型糖尿病三者之间的关系进行文献回顾，以进一步探讨三者的相关作用机制。
