【摘要】 目的：探究補肾调压汤、针灸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗肾虚型高血压的疗效，为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年6月广州市东升医院收治的60例肾虚型轻中度高血压患者。根据不同治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组仅口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾调压汤、针灸治疗，两组疗程均为8周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、收缩压（SBP）与舒张压（DBP）水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组症状疗效、降压疗效的总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的中医证候积分、SBP及DBP均明显低于治疗前，且观察组均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组用药期间的不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：补肾调压汤、针灸联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗肾虚型高血压的疗效显著，可有效降低患者血压水平，改善临床症状，且用药安全性较高。

Therapeutic Effect Analysis of Tonifying Kidney Regulating Pressure Decoction and Acupuncture Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Kidney-deficiency hypertension/LI Kangquan， ZHU Yan. //Medical Innovation of China， 2021， 18（01）： 0-092

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of Tonifying Kidney Regulating Pressure Decoction， acupuncture and Amlodipine Besylate Tablet on kidney deficiency hypertension， and to provide reference for the clinical treatment. Method： A total of 60 patients with mild to moderate hypertension with kidney deficiency admitted to Dongsheng Hospital in Guangzhou from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected. According to different treatment regimens， the patients were divided into control group and observation group， 30 cases in each group. The control group was only given oral Amlodipine Besylate Tablet， and the observation group was treated with Tonifying Kidney and Regulating Pressure Decoction and acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy， TCM syndrome score， systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Result： The total effective rate of symptom efficacy and antihypertensive efficacy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the TCM syndrome score， SBP and DBP in both groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment， and the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group， with statistically significant differences （P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Tonifying Kidney Regulating Pressure Decoction and acupuncture combined with Amlodipine Besylate Tablet have a significant effect in the treatment of kidney deficiency hypertension， which can effectively reduce the patients blood pressure level， improve the clinical symptoms， and is relatively safe.

高血压为临床常见的慢性疾病，多数中老年人普遍存在血压升高的现象，随着我国老龄化社会的到来，高血压患病率呈不断上升趋势，而随着病情的发展，高血压患者的肾脏、心脑血管会受到较大影响，继而引发肾功能衰竭、冠心病及糖尿病等临床症状，所以采取有效措施控制高血压病的临床意义深远[1]。当代临床治疗高血压多采用西药，但患者长时间用药后易产生耐药性，且易发生较多的不良反应，整体疗效不高。中医认为，由于患者饮食失调、情志失调及生活缺乏规律等导致机体阴阳不平衡、气血虚损而引发不同证型的高血压，其中肾虚型高血压多见于老年患者，但有关中医治疗该证型高血压的报道甚少，且据相关研究，常规西医治疗方案结合中医辨证论治观点治疗高血压，可明显改善治疗效果[2]。……
