【摘要】 目的：研究康复新液联合免疫三氧治疗会阴放射性皮炎的效果。方法：选取2019年1-12月本院收治的60例会阴放射性皮炎患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组，各30例。对照组给予维生素B12、地塞米松、庆大霉素混合液治疗，试验组给予康复新液联合免疫三氧治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率与治疗前后疼痛程度。结果：试验组总有效率为90.00%高于对照组治疗的63.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，McGill问卷的VAS、PPI以及PRI评分比治疗前均降低，且试验组评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：会阴放射性皮炎经康复新液联合免疫三氧治疗，可有效缓解会阴部疼痛感，提升会阴放射性皮炎创面的治疗效果。

Rapeutic Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Immune Ozone on Radiation Dermatitis of Perineum/CAO Lihua， LI Hua， WANG Lan. //Medical Innovation of China， 2021， 18（01）： 0-034

[Abstract] Objective： To study the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Immune Ozone in the treatment of radiation dermatitis of perineum. Method： A total of 60 patients with radioactive dermatitis of perineal admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and test group by random number table method， 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Vitamin B12， Dexamethasone and Gentamicin mixture， the experimental group was treated with Kangfuxin combined with Immune Ozone. The total effective rate， pain degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00% higher than 63.33% of the control group ， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the VAS， PPI and PRI scores of McGill questionnaire were all lower than those before treatment， the scores of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group， with statistically significant differences （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of radiation dermatitis of perineum with Kangfuxin Liquid and Immune Ozone can effectively relieve the pain of perineum and improve the therapeutic effect of radiation dermatitis of perineum.

目前，放射治療是针对子宫颈癌等女性恶性肿瘤的重要治疗方式，有明显缓解病情、延长患者生存时间的效果[1]。但于在放射治疗期间易出现放射性皮肤损伤等不良反应，其中会阴部分皮肤因薄嫩、多褶皱，同时该部位多处于潮湿状态，加之会受到裤子及大小便的摩擦，因此会阴部皮肤在放射治疗易被感染[2-3]。会阴放射性皮炎的主要临床症状为干性脱皮、皮肤红斑等，病情严重患者会出现溃疡、坏死等反应[4]。因会阴部位皮肤的末梢神经较丰富，因此伴随以上症状同时，患者会阴部位会出现剧烈疼痛感，对患者心理以及生活质量造成严重影响。目前治疗该疾病多采用维生素B12、地塞米松、庆大霉素混合液治疗，但临床效果并未达到理想中状态[5]。鉴于此，选取本院60例子宫颈癌患者因放射治疗引起的会阴放射性皮炎患者作为研究对象，旨在分析康复新液联合免疫三氧治疗会阴放射性皮炎的治疗效果，现报道如下。……
