摘要：在当前信息高度发达的时代，人工智能、大数据分析等互联网技术逐渐应用在科研中，如何在当前大环境下开展创新型项目，将项目的成果转化落到实处，这将是每一位科研人深度思考的问题。这些问题很大程度上制约了科研项目的推进落实，未来高校应重点培育一批既懂科研，又善管理的复合型人才，实现全过程的项目管理工作。本文通过分析当前高校科研项目管理的现状和问题，以及其未来的发展，为今后科研项目的有效管理提供建议。

Research on the Current Situation and Future Development of Scientific Research Project Management in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： In the current era of highly developed information， Internet technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis are gradually applied to scientific research. How to carry out innovative projects and implement the results of the projects in the current environment will be a deep thinking problem for every scientific researcher. These problems largely restrict the promotion and implementation of scientific research projects. In the future， colleges and universities should focus on cultivating a group of compound talents who understand scientific research and good management， so as to realize the whole process of project management. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of scientific research project management in Colleges and universities， and the future development， provides suggestions for the effective management of scientific research projects in the future.

隨着国家综合实力不断提升，高校在国家科研中扮演着越来越重要的角色，据不完全统计，目前95%以上的高校，每年都会申请大量的科研项目，这些科研项目对于国民经济发展、社会繁荣稳定以及国防建设等各个维度有着至关重要的作用，高校科研力量已经位于所有科研类别中的首位。每年国家投入大量的人力、物力和财力支持高校开展科学研究，然而当前高校科研项目管理也面临着一定的问题，如科研创新意识淡薄、科研项目落地转化难、高校人员项目管理能力薄弱、缺乏必要的激励和惩罚措施等。

1高校科研项目管理现状

近年来，全国各地高校蓬勃发展，高校的办学规模和师资力量不断提升，越来越多的人员从事高校的科研工作。因此，每年会申请大量的科研项目，而对于这些科研项目能带来什么样的产出、能带来多大的社会价值、这些价值如何转化，以及如何去衡量等内容的研究变得尤为必要。……
