摘要：森林火灾事故的频发会使森林资源遭受严重损害，不仅会损失大量的树木，也会导致林区内生物物种的多样性受到影响，还会降低碳存储量，不利于生态平衡的保持。面对高难度的森林防火工作，需要从日常管护入手，通过防火措施的合理应用、及时的灭火扑救，有效降低火灾事故发生率，减少火灾所产生的危害。为此，本文从导致森林火灾发生的主要因素分析入手，简要介绍了护林防火技术，而后针对森林资源管理中护林防火措施的具体应用展开了探讨。

Application of Forest Protection and Fire Prevention Measures in Forest Resource Management and Protection

Abstract： The frequent occurrence of forest fire accidents will cause serious damage to forest resources， which will not only lose a large number of trees， but also affect the diversity of biological species in the forest area， but also reduce carbon storage， which is not conducive to the maintenance of ecological balance. Facing the difficult forest fire prevention work， we need to start with daily management and protection， effectively reduce the incidence of fire accidents and reduce the harm caused by fire through the rational application of fire prevention measures and timely fire fighting. Forest protection and fire prevention technology is an important technology to ensure the safety of forest resources and improve the quality of ecological environment.Therefore， starting with the analysis of the main factors leading to forest fire， this paper briefly introduces the forest protection and fire prevention technology， and then discusses the specific application of forest protection and fire prevention measures in forest resource management.

全新的社會发展形势下，民众思想意识逐步提升，关注重点由基本的生活问题转向了环境问题。森林资源是我国重要的自然资源之一，合理管护森林资源是森林管理部门的重要任务。做好森林资源管理工作，既可满足民众的木材产品需求，同时也可通过森林资源空气净化作用、防风固沙作用、水土保持作用、灾害抵御作用的发挥，保障民众生活稳定及社会秩序和谐，同时也可促进森林资源平稳与可持续发展。作为森林资源管理重点的护林防火工作，需要通过护林防火措施的科学应用，有效预防与控制火灾的发生，从而保障森林资源可持续发展目标的实现。
