摘  要：面对大数据发展背景，医院档案管理面临机遇与挑战。具体来说，大数据应用提升了医院檔案分类以及整合管理等的效率，然而也对档案管理工作提出了新的要求。目前，医院档案管理的工作内容主要是不断扩充档案容量，充分满足医院在档案分管方面的个性化需求，从而更好地顺应时代发展。在大数据时代下，为了更好地实现医院档案的科学化管理，相关部门应充分利用信息化手段，创新档案管理模式，并结合档案资源的侧重点实施细化分类，发挥其实际利用价值，在提升医院档案管理效能的基础上，有效提升医院服务水平。本文主要就大数据背景下医院档案管理工作展开详细论述。

Research on Hospital Archives Management Under the Background of Big DataXU Feng

Abstract： Facing the background of big data development， hospital archives management is facing opportunities and challenges. Specifically， the application of big data has improved the efficiency of hospital file classification and integrated management， but it also puts forward new requirements for file management. At present， the main work content of hospital archives management is to continuously expand the archive capacity to fully meet the hospital's personalized needs in archive management， so as to better adapt to the development of the times. In the era of big data， in order to better realize the scientific management of hospital archives， relevant departments should make full use of informatization methods， innovate archive management models， and implement detailed classification based on the focus of archive resources to give full play to their actual utilization value. On the basis of improving the efficiency of hospital file management， effectively improve the service level of the hospital. This article mainly discusses in detail the hospital archives management under the background of big data.

现阶段，档案信息管理属于医院管理工作的重要内容。大数据背景下，档案数量庞大以及存储困难等问题可以得到很好的解决，从而为医院管理工作注入新鲜血液。然而就智慧医疗建设而言，医院档案管理还存在诸多问题。因此，大数据背景下，相关工作人员必须要重视医院档案管理思想的更新，创新信息化管理手段，并强化大数据应用安全，从根本上促进医院档案管理快速发展。
