摘要：智能时代下的建筑工程管理需要依靠智慧城市中先进的信息系统与通信系统，更全面、有效地开展各项管理工作，分析后发现智慧城市的发展为建筑工程管理带来了较大的影响，其能够有效提高工程管理的效率，在进一步强化管理效果的同时，最大化节约管理成本。为了在工程管理中更好地利用智慧城市发展中的信息化技术、城市物联以及5G通信等各项关键技术，需要对智慧城市具有正确的认知，明确建筑工程管理工作的注意要点。

Analysis on the Influence of Smart City Development on Construction Project Management

Abstract： Construction engineering management in the era of intelligence needs to rely on advanced information systems and communication systems in smart cities to carry out various management tasks more comprehensively and effectively. After analysis， it is found that the development of smart cities has brought a greater impact on construction engineering management. It can effectively improve the efficiency of project management， while further strengthening the management effect， while maximizing the saving of management costs. In order to make better use of key technologies such as information technology， urban Internet of things and 5G communication in the development of smart city in project management， it is necessary to have a correct understanding of smart city and clarify the key points of construction project management.

当前建筑工程在管理过程中大多采取了较为先进的管理理念，尤其是在城市大力发展的情况下，建筑工程的管理工作也获得了较大幅度的创新。智慧城中新兴的信息技术与先进的通信技术不断为建筑工程管理提供帮助，改进并创新了工程中的管理方法，使建筑行业得以通过越发高效、完善的工程管理促进行业的进步。

1  智慧城市概述

当前时代下，智慧城市已然成为各大城市的建设方向，其主要利用新兴信息技术与先进的通信技术对城市的运行进行感测和分析，将核心系统中涉及的关键信息整合起来，并以此为基础对城市民生、公共安全、城市环境、公共安全以及城市服务等各類需求进行智能化的响应。对于智慧城市的定义而言，早在2007年的相关报告中便已从经济、流动、环境、公众、居住以及管理6种不同的层面对其进行定义。……
