摘 要：在当前这一社会与经济快速发展背景下，地震预警已经成为了人民群众关心的问题，因为地震为社会与经济带来的威胁远超于其他地质灾害，再加上地震的前期预兆不明显，所以就需要利用合理的方式进行监测预警，进而有效提高防控效率，降低灾害为人民群众生命财产带来的威胁。那么在当前这一社会背景下，信息技术成为了各行业广泛应用的技术之一，在发展过程中也为人民群众的生活带来了帮助，因此在发展过程中有关部门就将信息技术应用到了地震监测预报中，以保证可以有效提高地震预警效率，进而在地震形成初期快速发布预警信号。

Abstract：In the current context of rapid social and economic development，earthquake early warning has become a matter of concern to the people，because the earthquake threat to society and economy far exceeds other geological disasters，in addition，the pre-earthquake warning is not obvious，so it is necessary to use a reasonable way to monitor and early-warning，so as to effectively improve the prevention and control efficiency，reduce the disaster threat to people′s lives and property.Well，under the current social background，information technology has become one of the widely used technologies in various industries，and has also brought help to the people′s lives in the process of development，therefore，information technology has been applied to earthquake monitoring and prediction in order to improve the efficiency of earthquake early warning and release early warning signals in the early stage of earthquake formation.

随着当前这一信息技术快速发展背景下，地震监测部门为了有效提高预警效率，就在发展与优化过程中将这一技术应用了起来，以保证可以在地震形成初期就将相关数据，例如地震等级、震源、持续时间等总结出来，进而有效提高预警效率，并帮助相关工作人员快速制定出应急措施。那么信息技术在地震监测工作应用过程中都起到了怎样的帮助作用，相较于传统地震监测方式这一技术应用又有着哪些优势，本文就对以上问题进行总结分析。

一、地震监测

地震监测工作的开展方式就是通过对环境的监控来总结信息，并在信息变化过程中了解到是否会出现地震现象，在监测技术发展过程中相关工作人员通过不断对监测的优化来提高预警效率，例如在监测过程中应用：地磁场、地电场、重力场等方式进行监测，并在监测过程中获取相关数据源，以正确了解到不同时段下所监测区域地质变化。……
