摘 要：随着增材制造产业的快速发展，专业人才亟待补强。高素质技能型人才是产业发展中不可或缺的人力资源。职业教育作为高素质技能型人才培养的重要途径，为推动产业高质量发展发挥了重要支撑作用。专业建设是推动职业教育发展、提高人才培养质量的落脚点。为更有效地服务区域产业经济发展，积极探索产教协同背景下的高职院校增材制造技术专业建设路径尤为必要。文中提出了基于增材制造生产过程的课程体系的构建思路，有效实现教学内容与生产实际的技术同步，人才培养与岗位需求的衔接。

Abstract：With the rapid development of industry，the talents of additive manufacturing need to be strengthened.The vocational education supports the high-quality development of the industry as the way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents.Specialty construction is the foothold of vocational education development.It is necessary to explore the construction path of the specialty of additive manufacturing in Higher Vocational Colleges under the background of School-enterprise cooperation.This paper puts forward the construction idea of curriculum system based on production process.It can realize the synchronization of teaching content and production practice.

1 绪论

增材制造技术是先进制造的重要发展方向，为我国制造业转型升级提供了契机[1]。产业高质量发展离不开坚强的人才支撑[2]。为满足产业发展对技术人才的迫切需求，增材制造技术人才亟待补强。高素质技能型人才培养是高职教育的人才培养目标，专业建设是高职教育立足点，加强专业建设是高职教育提升人才培养质量的重要保障[3]。为提升高职院校专业服务产业发展能力，健全增材制造技術人才培养体系[4]，探索产教协同背景下的专业建设模式尤为必要。

2 人才现状分析

2.1 高职院校专业现状

目前，高职教育领域的增材制造技术专业建设尚处于起步阶段，人才培养规模偏小，增材制造技术应用的后备人才相对紧缺。在专业教学过程中，存在增材制造技术专业课程设置与模具、机械等相近专业课程相混现象;师资队伍、实训教学等方面的教学资源配置不足问题。……
