在校生国际焊接工程师(IWE)联合培养20年

摘要: 回顾了机械工业哈尔滨焊接技术培训中心与高校合作开展国际焊接工程师培养的发展历程,共同举办了267期国际焊接工程师培训班,培训了近15 000名学生。总结了20年来国际焊接工程师联合培养的经验和成果,概括为开创了焊接人才培养的新模式、建立了一整套针对在校生进行IWE培养的课程体系、增强了学生的工程实践能力和就业优势、较好地满足企业对工程化、国际化焊接人才的急迫需求等几个方面。今后将继续开展在校生IWE联合培养工作,不断推动高校学生“工程化、国际化”焊接人才培养迈向新的高度。

20 years joint training of international welding engineer (IWE) for students

on promoting the improvement of “engineering and internationalization” abilities of students in universities

Abstract: The development history of the cooperation between WTI, and universities in the training of international welding engineers was reviewed. They jointly completed 267 IWE training courses, and trained nearly 15 000 students totally. On this basis, 20 years joint training experience and achievements in IWE were summarized, which were specifically concluded as several aspects, such as initiating a new model of welding talent training, establishing a set of curriculum system of IWE training for university students, enhancing students engineering practice ability and employment advantage, better meeting the urgent needs of enterprises for engineering and international welding talents. In the future, it was continued to cooperate with universities to carry out the IWE joint training of students in universities, and promote the training of “engineering and internationalization” welding talents to a high level.

0 前言

机械工业哈尔滨焊接技术培训中心(WTI Harbin)与高校合作开展在校学生的国际焊接工程师培养起步于2000年。作为当时国内唯一得到国际焊接学会(IIW)授权的培训机构,着手针对在职焊接人员开展国际焊接工程师(IWE)等人员的焊接培训及资格认证工作的同时,在国内焊接界著名专家哈尔滨工业大学吴林教授倡导下,积极着手开展针对上个世纪90年代国家在对专业目录调整后,推行“厚基础、宽口径”的教育模式的情况下如何培养满足企业、社会需求焊接工程师调研工作。当时,大部分高校焊接专业与其他热加工专业合并名称是热加工工艺及设备,后改为材料成型与控制工程。虽然宽口径毕业的大学生就业面宽,选择余地大,但学生在校期间学习的焊接课程确实很有限,出现了毕业生的工程技术能力与企业用人单位的要求出现了较大的差距。……
