【摘  要】企业文化建设是以员工为中心的现代管理。论文从公司的文化建设、工会文化的创新入手，达到提升企业文化水平、提高职工文化素养、实现员工自身与企业形象建设的宏观战略目标，使企业不仅是一个工作场所，更是一个人文团体和文化体系。论文针对建设先进的企业文化、工会文化、职工文化展开分析。

【Abstract】The construction of enterprise culture is a modern management centered on employees. The paper starts with the cultural construction of the company and the innovation of the trade union culture， so as to achieve the macro strategic goal of enhancing the level of enterprise culture， improving the cultural quality of employees， and realizing the construction of employees' own and enterprise image， make the enterprise not only a workplace， but also a humanistic community and cultural system. This paper analyzes the construction of advanced enterprise culture， trade union culture and employee culture.

1 引言

企业文化建设是以员工为中心的现代管理理念，是企业文化建设又一次质的飞跃，是企业文化的一种崭新的理念与方法。运用各种文化的力量和手段，激发全体员工的思想创新、知识创新、技术创新和行为创新，带动工会文化建设工作迈上新台阶。

公司的企业文化、工会文化、职工文化建设可以实现公司宏观战略目标，需要运用各种文化的力量和手段来进行企业管理，增强企业的凝聚力。企业文化建设与工会文化、职工文化是以员工为中心的现代管理理念，通过丰富企业文体活动，营造欢乐和谐的良好企业氛围。让企业献爱心、送温暖的职工文化走进职工家门，工会组织有活跃职工文化生活、陶冶职工文化情操、培养职工群体意识和树立良好的道德风尚的作用。经营企业的本质就是进行企业文化建设，就是把企业建成全体员工的理想共同体、事业共同体和利益共同体，使企业不仅是一个工作场所，更是一个人文团体和文化体系。……
