【摘    要】随着我国经济的快速发展，我国在教育领域的投入也越来越多，但是教育资源不均衡现象依旧严重。与城镇学校相比，农村地区的教学资源依旧不足，这就导致想要达到相同教学效果，农村地区教师需要付出更多的努力。本文以探究农村地区初中数学教学中分层作业为主要目的，详细分析了影響农村地区分层作业实施效果的因素，并总结了一些改善和提升初中数学分层作业状况的实施的对策。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of my countrys economy， my countrys investment in education is also increasing， but the imbalance of educational resources is still serious. Compared with urban schools， the teaching resources in rural areas are still insufficient， which leads to To achieve the same teaching effect， teachers in rural areas need to make more efforts. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the stratified homework in junior middle school mathematics teaching in rural areas， analyze in detail the factors that affect the implementation of stratified homework in rural areas， and summarize some countermeasures to improve and enhance the implementation of stratified homework in junior high school mathematics.

不可否认的是，每个学生之间都存在差异性，结合素质化教学理论以及新课程改革的相关要求，教师应该正视学生的个体差异性，尽可能地实施分层教学，进而实现个性化教学目标。而数学教学中分层作业就是其中比较有代表性的分层教学措施，该方式在城镇教育资源较为集中的地区基本上已经得到了有效实施，但在农村地区依旧还有待完善。笔者结合多年农村初中数学教学经验，先是分析农村地区初中数学实施分层作业的现状，而后列举出一些影响分层作业实施效果的因素，最后就这些问题针对性地提出一些教学改革措施，希望可以给广大农村初中数学教师一些有用的建议，全面提升我国农村初中数学教学质量。
