【摘    要】随着时代发展，为满足人们日益增长的美好生活需要，新教育实验应运而生。新教育实验以教师的专业化成长为起点，在具体的课堂教学实践中，帮助学生过一种幸福完整的教育生活。学生通过晨诵、午读、暮省，汲取科学文化知识的营养，健康快乐地成长。学生从读书中感悟人生的哲理，从而提高他们的世界观、人生观、价值观的认识，提高他们的修养道德。新教育实践研究，就是要让学生过好每一天，在追求美好生活的过程中完善自我。

Create a perfect classroom to improve student literacy

【Abstract】With the development of the times， in order to meet people's growing needs for a better life， new educational experiments have emerged. The new education experiment starts with the professional growth of teachers and helps students live a happy and complete educational life in specific classroom teaching practices. Students learn the nutrition of science and culture knowledge through morning recitation， afternoon reading， and dusk， and grow up healthily and happily. Students feel the philosophy of life from reading， thereby enhancing their world outlook， outlook on life， and value understanding， and improving their morality of self-cultivation. New educational practice research is to let students live every day well and perfect themselves in the process of pursuing a better life.

新教育實验这一教学理念的产生，在社会上产生了强烈反响，给传统的教学理念造成了非常大的冲击。那么我们在教学实践当中，如何缔造完美教室，提高学生的综合文化素质，就成了一个值得研究的课题。

一、解读完美教室的理念意义

新教育实验，最基本的出发点就是以教师的专业化成长为基础，以具体的十大实践行动为突破口，帮助教师享受教育带来的幸福体验，帮助学生在课堂学习当中体验一种完美的幸福生活，享受读书带来的快乐，从而感悟教育的本质。新教育十大行动当中，缔造完美教室，便是其中之一，也是在具体的教育实验当中产生的一个独特的创新理念。

从教育本质上讲，一所学校的文化品质高不高，人文价值高不高，是基于学生的基本素养而确定的。从这个意义上讲，教室课堂就是新教育实践研究的主阵地，是实现新教育理念的核心部分。……
