【摘    要】学生在学习之余不断反思，可以找到自己之前没有完全掌握的知识，从而加深对该知识的印象。学生通过反思，还可以找到最适合自己的学习方法，提升学习效率。本文首先从数学反思的价值与作用进行阐述，继而叙述在数学学习过程中反思能力的重要性，并给出合理建议，以提高学生的反思能力、数学学习能力。

Reflections on Cultivating Students' Reflection Ability in Mathematics Teaching in High School

【Abstract】Students continue to reflect while studying， and they can find knowledge that they have not fully mastered before， thereby deepening their impression of that knowledge. Through reflection， students can also find the most suitable learning method for themselves and improve their learning efficiency. This article first elaborates on the value and role of mathematics reflection， then describes the importance of reflection ability in the process of mathematics learning， and gives reasonable suggestions to improve students' reflection ability and mathematics learning ability.

教师在教学过程中的一个重要指标就是培养学生的反思能力，以使其得到长足的进步。数学学科对于学生的基础知识掌握有着极高的要求，因此学生在学习数学的过程中一定要及时进行反思，找到自己知识的薄弱区，从而进行巩固。数学教师在教学活动中应该注重引导学生去对自己过去的学习进行反思，进一步培养学生的反思能力。那么学生反思主要指的是什么呢？简单来说，学生反思主要是思考复习以及回顾以往学过的知识，从而进一步加深对知识的认识。学生对知识进行反思，不仅可以温故而知新，还有利于进一步巩固自身的基础知识，从而取得学习上的进步。

一、培养高中生反思能力的重要性

教师在教学过程中要让学生明白反思是自我纠正的重要途径。学生通过及时反思能够及时发现自身学习过程中遇到的问题，并及时将其改正。除此之外，学生通过不断学习反思，还可以将自身已有的知识进行进一步的优化，不断使自身的知识水平得以提高。……
