摘要：目的：研究分析人性化护理在老年冠心病合并高血压患者护理中的应用效果 。方法：选取我院老年冠心病合并高血压患者80例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为实验组与对照组，实验组患者采用人性化护理，对照组患者采用常规护理，对比两组患者经护理后血压变化情况以及患者对护理的满意度。结果：实验组患者收缩压与舒张压降低情况以及对护理满意度均优于对照组。结论：人性化护理在老年冠心病合并高血压患者护理中的应用效果明显，因此值得被推广使用。

Objective：To study the effect of humanized nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.Methods ：80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group according to random digital table method.The patients in the experimental group were treated with humanized nursing and the control group were treated with routine nursing.The changes of blood pressure and the satisfaction of nursing were compared.Results：The decrease of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion：The application effect of humanized nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension is obvious，so it is worth popularizing.

冠心病合并高血压是临床上常见的疾病，尤其是针对于老年患者。冠心病和高血压需要进行长期的治疗，除每日按时服用药物外，也应有配套的护理措施，帮助患者稳定血压，降低冠心病发病率[1]。本文通过研究分析人性化护理在老年冠心病合并高血压中的作用效果现将实验结果汇报如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院老年冠心病合并高血压患者80例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为实验组与对照组，实验组患者40例，对照组患者40例，两组患者男性61例，女性19例，患者年龄在60～80岁，平均年龄（72.55±11.23）岁;患者患高血压5～15年，平均病程为（11.25±3.23）年。患者在一般资料上进行对比无明显差异，不具备统计学意义，因此P>0.05。

1.2一般方法

对照组患者采用常规护理，实验组患者实行人性化护理，对患者进行健康知识宣教工作，让患者了解冠心病合并高血压的相关知识，并拥有一定的治疗和应对并发症的预防措施。根……
