[摘要]目的：探讨女性患者重睑术后满意度与身体意向的相关性。方法：采用一般资料调查表和身体意象状态量表对上海市某三级甲等医院的137例女性患者重睑术前进行问卷调查，术后1个月采用术后满意度量表进行电话回访。结果：患者的身体意向总分为（28.52±6.19）分;患者的术后满意度平均分为（4.52±0.79）分;两者总分及多数条目之间呈正相关（r=0.171～0.313，P<0.05）。结论：女性患者重睑术后满意度与身体意向呈显著正相关，患者身体意象越积极，术后满意度越高。医护人员在为患者提供安全、专业的医疗服务时，应该注意增进患者的身体意象水平，从而提高患者的术后满意度。

Correlation Between Satisfaction and Body Intention of Female Patients after Blepharoplasty

Abstract： Objective  To explore the relationship between satisfaction and body intention of female patients after blepharoplasty. Methods  A survey of 137 female patients with blepharoplasty in a third class a hospital in Shanghai was conducted by using general information questionnaire and Body Image States Scale（BISS），one month after the operation， we used the postoperative satisfaction scale to make a follow-up call. Results  Total score of patient's body image states was （28.52±6.19）， average postoperative satisfaction score was （4.52±0.79）. There was a positive correlation between the total score and the most items（r=0.171-0.313， P<0.05）. Conclusion  The satisfaction of female patients after blepharoplasty was positively correlated with their body image，the more positive their body image was， the higher their satisfaction was. When medical staff provide safe and professional medical services for patients，we should pay attention to improve the level of patients' body image， so as to improve patients' satisfaction after operation.

眼部形態的改善可以通过增添面部姿色来增加人们的自信心，眼部整形手术受到极大地追捧[1]。眼部美容手术中以重睑手术居多，东方人发生双侧单睑的概率为41%[2]。单睑者希望能通过人为操作形成重睑，以使得眼睛更加突出[3]。患者的满意度是评价医疗卫生保健质量的一项重要指标，可以协助医疗服务提供者提供更好的服务。在整形美容手术中，有80%以上患者存在心理状况异常，而重睑患者均存在着不同程度的体象心理状况异常[4]，这将直接影响到患者对术后效果的评价与满意度[5]。身体意象是指个体对整个身体及其功能的感知、想法以及感觉[6]。人们对美的需求越来越大，心理异常的人也越来越多。如果患者苛求完美，对手术存在不切实际的期望，甚至产生不健康的体象歪曲，则容易对手术产生不满[7]。目前，关于重睑手术患者心理问题的研究不多，本研究旨在了解女性重睑手术患者的身体意象和术后满意度的相关性，旨在为提高女性重睑手术患者的术后满意度提供一定的参考。……
