摘要：为落实国家“十三五”信息化发展规划的要求，更好地满足业务部门需求，金融业信息化建设日益复杂，软硬件的数量与规模成倍增长，这给IT运维人员带来了极大的困难。以人工智能为代表的高新技术为IT运维打开了新局面。该文以IT运维的发展历程为起点，分析了智慧运维在金融信息化建设存在的问题，并对未来发展提出了一些建议。

Abstract：In order to implement the requirements of the national 13th five year plan for information development and better meet the needs of business departments， the informatization construction of the financial industry has become increasingly complex， and the number and scale of software and hardware have increased exponentially， which has brought great opportunities to IT operation and maintenance personnel Difficulties. The new technology represented by artificial intelligence has opened a new horizon for IT operation and maintenance. Based on the development of IT operation and maintenance， this paper analyzes the problems of smart operation and maintenance in financial information construction， and puts forward some suggestions for future development.

运维是指运维人员通过规划网络、系统资源，从软硬件两个方面使用系统监控、事件预警、业务调度、故障排查、安全维护及升级等手段保证信息系统处于安全稳定，业务处于高可用的状态。

随着金融业信息化建设的不断发展，运维体系经历了从人工运维到自动化运维的转变。人工智能领域的发展、大数据技术的推广应用使人们的焦点从降低运维复杂度，转向对智能化运维的探索。智慧运维指通过为运维技术赋“智”能，构建高效率的运维服务体系。

目前，金融业信息化建设已经从封闭、专用、集中的单数据中心转型成了国产、开放、分布式的多数据中心。这使得传统的运维手段难以适应当前的业务需求，科技部门需要花费大量人工成本去管理信息系统与设备。同时，生产环境下的业务系统需要稳定的运行环境，增加了机房值守人员的运维压力。综上，加剧了金融业对现有的运维体系的创新需求。
