摘要：本文研究北京文化创意产业区和城市空间互动发展之间的关系，从城市旧城和科技新区两个区域空间的4个层面，总结在城市发展的过程中文化创意产业区扮演的角色，具体总结出以下的两个方面：一是作为催化旧城经济与文化发展的空间载体，推动旧城产业与文化升级;二是参与营建创意社区，促进文化与科技融合构建城市创新空间系统。

Research on the Interactive Development Between Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry Zone and Urban Space

Abstract： This paper studies the relationship between the interactive development of Beijing's cultural and creative industry zone and urban space， summarizes the role of cultural and creative industry zone in the process of urban development from the four levels of the two regional spaces of the old city and the new science and technology zone， and specifically summarizes the following two aspects： first， as a spatial carrier to catalyze the economic and cultural development of the old city， Promote the industrial and cultural upgrading of the old city; Second， participate in the construction of creative communities， promote the integration of culture and science and technology， and build an urban innovation space system.

以文化创意产业区作为空间布局的抓手组建城市创新系统，调整各方面资源以此推动城市GDP快速上升，实现城市可持续发展，这是现代化城市发展的最主要的特点。北京文化创意产业区建设，利用文化科技和空间载体之间的有效融合，为城市创新发展做好坚实的科技基础，利用城市的优势发挥出更大的效益。

1北京文化创意产业区发展情况

1.1北京文化创意产业发展特点

2017年北京文化创意产业增加值达3908.8亿元，比上年增长9.2%，占GDP比重达14.0%。根据调查显示，在全世界城市指数排名中，北京位于第九位，在国内城市指数排名中，背景占据全国首位[1]。

1.1.1城市战略引导

2017年，中共中央、国务院正式批复《北京城市总体规划（2016—2035年）》（以下简称总体规划），以此使得北京城市规划建设发展等级上升到国家对于首都的城市文化建设层面上，提出到2020年，全国文化中心地位要进一步增强;到2035年，把北京建设为文化多样性的世界级城市;到2050年，把北京建设为代表中華文化的名片。……
