摘要：当今时代呈现出工业化、信息化的发展趋势，经济建设事业发展形势良好，然而经济增长的同时生态系统的破坏问题逐渐显现，森林面积不断降低，植被覆盖率持续下降，在如此严峻的形势下，必然要加强森林资源保护工作维护生态系统平衡。为强化森林资源保护成效，应加强森林资源考察监测力度，同时还应科学选用植树造林技术，结合造林地的实际情况，因地制宜地选用播种造林、幼苗栽种以及分生造林等不同的植树造林技术，且应于造林完成后，注重于日常经营管护，实现全方位、立体化、严格性的森林资源保护，从而降低自然灾害发生率，增强经济发展及生态发展之间的平衡性。

Discussion on Afforestation Technology and Forest Management and Protection Measures

Abstract： Today's era presents the development trend of industrialization and informatization， and the development situation of economic construction is good. However， with economic growth， the problem of ecosystem damage gradually appears， the forest area continues to decrease， and the vegetation coverage continues to decline. Under such a severe situation， it is necessary to strengthen the protection of forest resources and maintain the balance of ecosystem. In order to strengthen the effectiveness of forest resources protection， we should strengthen the investigation and monitoring of forest resources. At the same time， we should also scientifically select afforestation technologies. Combined with the actual situation of the afforestation site， we should select different afforestation technologies such as sowing afforestation， seedling planting and stand-alone afforestation according to local conditions. After the afforestation is completed， we should pay attention to daily management and protection to realize all-round， three-dimensional Strict forest resources protection， so as to reduce the incidence of natural disasters and enhance the balance between economic development and ecological development.

作為地球三大生态系统之一的森林系统，在生态平衡维持方面所起到的作用十分显著。然而近年来，全面范围内自然灾害事故频发，既对生态环境产生了不利影响，同时也制约了我国经济事业的长效发展。为进一步扩大森林覆盖面积，驱动我国森林建设事业高速发展，需要加强植树造林技术分析，通过科学的植树造林技术方法选用、技术操作规范，提高植树造林成功率。同时还应结合森林经营特点，合理实施森林经营管护，通过森林辐射范围扩大提升生产经济效益，有效优化自然环境，进而促进生态系统的平衡性与持续性发展[1-2]。
