摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展，为改善居住环境，基建工程规模呈上升趋势，住宅建筑工程项目也随之增多，其质量要求也日益受到重视。然而，有些建设单位为了赶工期追求经济效益，却忽略了很多影响质量的问题，这给房屋建设工程质量带来了一定的安全隐患。相关质量监督机构要加强对施工质量问题的监督，确保工程质量安全。本文主要研究了房屋建筑工程施工质量管理存在问题和应对对策。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction Quality Management of Housing Construction Projects

Abstract： With the rapid development of my country's economy， in order to improve the living environment， the scale of infrastructure projects is on the rise， and residential construction projects have also increased， and their quality requirements have also been paid more and more attention. However， in pursuit of economic benefits in order to catch up with the construction period， some construction units have neglected many problems that affect quality， which has caused corresponding safety hazards to the quality of housing construction projects. Relevant quality supervision agencies should strengthen supervision of construction quality issues to ensure project quality and safety. This article mainly studies the existing problems and countermeasures in the construction quality management of housing construction projects.

對建设项目而言，其功能的实现和使用寿命的延长应以优质工程为基础。若不能保证工程质量，将给工程经济发展带来一定影响，甚至对施工人员及后续使用造成严重威胁。住宅建设工程建设具有时间长、涉及专业多、结构复杂等特点，因此要全方位控制施工质量，施工方要实行积极的对策，健全质量控制体系，保证建筑工程施工品质。

1加强房屋建筑工程的施工质量管理的必要性分析

1.1能进一步提高整体施工质量

房屋建筑工程质量管理工作上，将质量意识围绕于房屋建筑施工的各个阶段，全方位加强对工程施工整个过程的质量监管，减少存在质量安全隐患的概率，进一步提高施工质量。尤其是要融合房屋建筑施工的特性，对此进行严格的质量管理，确保整体布局合理，达到高效的施工质量[1]。
