摘要：在城镇化进程快速推进下，我国建筑工程行业迎来了新的发展机遇，房屋建筑工程的行业化在城市化建设的作用也逐渐凸显。然而，目前我国房建工程在建设施工中还存在一些问题，影响房屋建筑施工的整体质量，导致其工程质量不合格。因此，房屋建筑工程在施工管理中应加强精细化管理工作的开展，以此来提升房屋建筑工程的整体质量，推动建筑企业在竞争激烈的市场中实现立足，促进建筑企业的长远发展。

This Paper Analyzes the Application of Fine Management in the Construction Management of Housing Construction Project

Abstract： With the rapid advancement of urbanization， China's construction engineering industry has ushered in new opportunities for development， and the professionalization of housing construction has gradually highlighted its role in urbanization. However， at present， there are still some problems in the construction of our country's housing engineering， which affect the overall quality of the housing construction， leading to the unqualified quality of the project. Therefore， the construction management of housing construction engineering should strengthen the development of fine management， in order to improve the overall quality of housing construction engineering， promote the construction enterprises to achieve a foothold in the fierce competition in the market， and promote the long-term development of construction enterprises.

房屋建筑工程施工具有較高的复杂性，工程在施工中所涉及的专业知识较多，同时施工中涉及的工种也较多，房建工程在施工中专业人员以及施工人员都应在施工现场，其现场也是专业人员以及施工人员的主要工作场所。人们生活水平以及生活质量的提升，使得人们对房建工程建设提出了越来越多的要求，现在建筑行业市场中的竞争力也越来越大，建筑施工企业若想在市场中实现立足，需要加强房建工程精细化施工管理工作的开展，以此来提升房建工程的整体质量。本文对房建工程开展精细化管理的重要作用进行了分析，对房建工程施工精细化管理中存在的问题进行了剖析，并提出了房建工程精细化管理的具体方法以供参考。
