摘要：伴随着国内社会经济的快速发展和城市化进程的不断加快，农村电网的结构和形式也在渐渐改变。随着农村社会经济的持续进步，对电力的要求和依赖渐渐增加。电力企业有必要按照农村用户的事实需要和电能的增加状况，针对电网开展科学的调整，使能够符合农村用户的用电标准。另外，这也是电力企业立足市场的重点。现如今，电力企业需要立即对农村配电网开展科学规划，达到综合利益最大化，给客户提供安全的电力供应。

Analysis on the Planning and Design of the Rural Power Grid Distribution Network

Abstract： With the rapid development of the domestic social economy and the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process， the structure and form of the rural power grid are also gradually changing.With the continuous progress of rural social economy， the requirements and dependence on electric power gradually increase.It is necessary for electric power enterprises to carry out scientific adjustment of the power grid according to the factual needs of rural users and the increase of electric power situation， so that they can meet the electricity consumption standards of rural users.In addition， this is also the focus of electric power enterprises based on the market.Nowadays， electric power enterprises need to immediately carry out scientific planning for the rural distribution grid to maximize their comprehensive interests and provide customers with safe power supply.

近年来国民经济的稳定可持续发展促使我国国际地位一直在不断上升，人们日常生活质量和水平有明显变化。但是由于受到经济活动等各方面因素条件的影响，电能整体消耗量明显上升，特别是对于农村地区而言，由于其自身地处相对比较偏远，配电网络的建设并不是很完善。近年来我国在针对农村地区地建设和发展方面给予足够重视，同时提出一系列优惠政策，促使用电潜力逐渐被开发。用户自身平均用电量也有明显上升趋势，结合目前实际情况展开深入分析时，要保证农村电网配网规划设计的科学性和合理性，这样才能够为农村电力用户的供电质量提供保障。

1提高农村配电网规划的重要性

农村地区的发展越来越好，对电力的需求也越来越大，但对配电网的规划方面的重视度仍然很低，资金投入不足，造成农村配电网规划落后于城市配电网规划。……
