摘要：研究工业工程技术在我国工业发展的过程中也不断地深入，其能够为工业工程技术的发展和完善奠定良好的基础。当前，许多领域中均有工业工程技术的应用，且获得了良好的效果，同时在设备管理和维修中也获得了可观的成效。由此可见，工业工程技术在设备管理和维修中的应用具有重要作用，为了使其作用得到最大地发挥，提高其利用价值，本文主要分析了设备管理与维修中工业工程技术应用的具体情况，并做出相关讨论，为相关工作提供参考。

Abstract：The research on industrial engineering technology is also deepening in the process of China's industrial development， which can lay a good foundation for the development and improvement of industrial engineering technology. At present， industrial engineering technology has been applied in many fields and achieved good results. At the same time， considerable results have been achieved in equipment management and maintenance. It can be seen that the application of industrial engineering technology in equipment management and maintenance plays an important role. In order to give full play to its role and improve its utilization value， this paper mainly analyzes the specific situation of the application of industrial engineering technology in equipment management and maintenance， and makes relevant discussions to provide reference for relevant work.

在工業生产的过程中，设备是保证生产质量和进度的重要基础，而设备的管理和维修则是保障生产正常运转的基本要求，其决定着设备是否能够正常运转，也直接影响着工业生产的效率。由此可见，工业生产中设备管理和维护是重要的工作内容之一且不容小觑，在该项工作中，工程技术的应用逐渐广泛。能否做好设备管理和维修工作，取决于工业工程技术的合理应用，其还能够促进企业经济效益的提高，为企业的发展提供保障，同时还能够合理地控制企业的运营成本，而且设备的使用寿命和效率也会随之提升[1]。在设备管理中科学地使用工业工程技术，能够使设备完成技术方面的革新。因此，在设备管理和维修中工业工程技术的应用起到重要作用，同时直接影响着设备的发展和使用率，在工业企业的健康发展中起到了重要意义。……
