【摘要】新时代背景下，开展运动员思想政治教育显得更加重要、紧迫和必要，关系到运动员的健康成长，关系到运动成绩和精神文明双丰收的实现，关系到我国竞技体育综合实力的提升和体育强国的建设。当前，虽然各运动员管理部门、运动队、运动学校常抓不懈运动员思想政治教育取得一定成效，但是在重视程度、多方合力、方式创新等方面还存在一些问题。本文立足运动员思想政治教育的新形势、新情况、新要求，直面存在问题，分析背后原因，力求通过采取一定措施改变当前现状、提升教育质效，切实进一步发挥出思想政治教育在运动员健康成长成才过程中的教育引导作用。

【Abstract】Under the background of the new era， it is more important， urgent and necessary to carry out athletes’ ideological and political education， which is related to the healthy growth of athletes， the realization of the double harvest of sports achievements and spiritual civilization， the promotion of Chinas comprehensive strength of competitive sports and the construction of sports power. At present， although the athletes’ management departments， sports teams， sports schools often make unremitting efforts to athletes’ ideological and political education and achieve certain results， but there are still some problems in the aspects of emphasis degree， multi?force and innovation. Based on new era and new requirements of athletes ideological and political education， this paper faces the existing problems， analyzes the reasons behind them， and tries to take some measures to change the current situation and improve the quality and efficiency of education， so as to further play the role of ideological and political education in the process of healthy growth of athletes.

在2021年8月8日中共中央、国务院向第32届奥运会中国体育代表团的贺电中指出：“全团同志表现出色，取得38枚金牌、32枚银牌、18枚铜牌的优异成绩，实现了运动成绩和精神文明双丰收，为祖国和人民赢得了荣誉。”从党中央、国务院的贺电可以看出，这是对中国体育代表团取得优异运动成绩和展示良好精神文明的充分肯定和褒奖。运动成绩靠的是日积月累的勤学苦练，而精神文明靠的是潜移默化的思想政治教育。广大运动员在国内国际大赛上夺金斩银同时，生动诠释了“更快、更高、更强、更团结”的奥林匹克精神，充分展现了“为国争光、无私奉献、科学求实、遵纪守法、团结协作、顽强拼搏”的中华体育精神，庄严回答了“请党放心、强国有我”的铮铮誓言。……
