摘要：在矿山开采阶段需要使用多种机械设备，若是没有对这些机械设备进行良好的管理以及维修保养，会导致机械设备的使用性能无法得到保障。因此，需要对矿山机械设备开展良好的管理。基于此，本文首先概述矿山机械设备的管理和保养维修技术内容，分析矿山机械设备故障的特点与产生故障的原因，以及矿山机械设备保养维修与管理方面存在的问题，进而提出优化矿山机械设备保养维修与管理的有效措施，希望为我国矿山开采工作的顺利开展提供一定帮助。

Discussion on the Maintenance and Repair of Mining Machinery and Equipment

Abstract： Many kinds of mechanical equipment are needed in the mining stage. If the mechanical equipment is not well managed and maintained， the performance of mechanical equipment can not be guaranteed. Therefore， it is necessary to carry out good management of mining machinery and equipment. Based on this， this paper first outlines the management and maintenance of mine machinery and equipment technical content， this paper analyzes the features and causes of the failures of mining machinery and equipment， and the problems existing in the maintenance and management of mining machinery and equipment， and puts forward some effective measures for optimizing the maintenance and management of mining machinery and equipment， it is hoped to provide some help for the smooth development of mining in China.

矿山开采工作需要使用更多的机械设备，在这些设备使用阶段不可避免地会发生一定的故障问题，因此需要对矿山机械设备开展良好的管理以及维修保养工作，以此才能确保矿山机械设备的良好运行状态，进而确保矿山开采工作的顺利进行。矿山机械设备的管理和维修保养工作对矿山开采有着较大的推动作用，为了更好地进行矿山机械设备的管理和维修保养工作，相关人员应加强对矿山机械设备管理和维修保养方面的监管力度，以此提高矿山开采工作的质量和效率。
