摘 要：本文旨在分析中国开发区土地利用集约状况，以2020年评价数据为底数，构建开发区土地利用参数对标模型，通过既有指标体系形成与之匹配的雷达图，基于相似理论将此雷达图围合的面积进行标准化并转化为百分制数值，以此作为集约总评值进行综合分析，倒推开发区土地利用在雷达图中可能出现的问题，并以河北、广东两省进行典型分析，探索最佳土地集约利用模型。研究结果表明：我国开发区土地利用强度逐年提高，投入力度稳步增长;开发区土地利用区域差异明显，东部地区集约总评值116.9、东北部仅64.3，不同类型开发区的雷达模型虽有差异，但整体轮廓基本相似;河北、广东两省土地利用并无明显区别，但产出效益却有倍数之差。因此，广东省开发区土地利用仍有一定阈值空间，相比之下，河北省土地利用较为粗放。

Study on Land Intensive Use in China Development Zone

——Take Hebei and Guangdong Provinces as Examples

Abstract： The purpose of this paper is to analyze the intensive situation of land use in development zones in China， to construct the benchmarking model of land use parameters in development zones based on the evaluation data in 2020， and to form the matching radar map through the existing index system， based on the similarity theory， the area enclosed by the radar map is standardized and converted into a percentage value， which is used as an intensive total value for comprehensive analysis， and the possible problems of land use in the radar map of the development zone are deduced backwards， based on the typical analysis of Hebei and Guangdong provinces， the best model of land intensive use is explored. It turns out that： the intensity of land use in China's development zones has been increasing year by year， and the investment has been increasing steadily; the regional difference of land use in development zones is obvious， the total value of intensive evaluation is 116.9 in the east and only 64.3 in the northeast， although the radar models of different types of development zones are different， the overall outline is basically similar; there is no obvious difference in land use between Hebei Province and Guangdong Province， but there is a multiple difference in output benefit. Therefore， the land use in the development zone of Guangdong Province still has a certain threshold space， in contrast， the land use in Hebei Province is more extensive.

开发区作为对外开放的重要平台，承担着社会经济快速发展的重要使命，在我国工业化、城镇化的发展历程中做出了突出的贡献。近年来，各地为了促进地方经济发展，加快城镇化建设步伐，大量设立开发区，频繁调整开发区范围，以致开发区数量过多且布局不合理，园区内土地闲置或低效利用，导致土地资源浪费严重，加剧人地之间的矛盾。为优化开发区空间布局，提高园区内土地利用效率，促进开发区土地集约利用，成为了众多学者关注的焦点。……
