摘要：社会主义新西藏的现代化建设离不开互联网、工业智能产业的布局和发展，必然需要大量新工科人才作支撑。西藏高校是为西藏建设输送中高端人才的重要阵地。本文以西藏大学计算机科学与技术专业为例，描述了西藏新工科人才培养现状，分析了西藏高校新工科人才培养的目标定位，提出了一种西藏高校工程应用型人才培养的教育改革新模式。

Research on the Cultivation Mode of Applied-EngineeringTalents in Universities in Tibet under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education ——Take the Computer Science and Technology Major of Tibet University as an Example

Abstract： The modernization of new socialist Tibet is inseparable from the layout and development of the Internet technology and industrial intelligence industry， which will inevitably need a large number of talents majoring in emerging-engineering for support. Colleges and universities in Tibet are important positions to cultivate and transport talents for the construction. Taking the Computer Science and Technology major of Tibet University as an example， this paper describes the current situation of the cultivation of emerging-engineering talents in Tibet， analyzes the target orientation of the training of emerging-engineering talents in Tibet universities， and puts forward a new educational reform mode of the training of applied-engineering talents in Tibet universities.

社会主义强国的构建对新工科人才培养提出了更新、更高的要求。社会主义高校是培养人才的主要阵地，为全面推进现代化新征程输送优秀的可用人才是高校义不容辞的使命。2017年，教育部发布了《关于开展新工科研究与实践的通知》，明确提出关于“新工科”的建设发展和要求。2020年，教育部为了更好地推进新工科建设，决定在高等学校建设一批未来技术学院，做好新工科人才培养，抢占科技发展先机。西藏高校主要为美丽新西藏建设培养中高端人才，也正在积极大力推进新工科建设。教育界和学术界针对中国高校新工科建设进行了大量的研究^[1-4]，对西藏高校新工科建设也有一些有益的探索^[5-8]，但是研究成果主要集中于对新工科建设的思考、新工科课程建设、策略研究和教学手段创新，鲜有针对西藏高校新工科人才培养现状、人才培养目标定位和人才培养可操作的模式的探索和研究。基于以上事實，分析西藏高校新工科人才培养现状，明确人才培养定位，探索出一套适合西藏高校新工科建设的可行性人才培养模式是非常有益的。……
