Abstract： As one of the important factors affecting construction engineering， the construction electromechanical installation project plays a pivotal role in the development of the construction project. Therefore， it is necessary to gradually strengthen the construction management of electromechanical installation engineering， which can not only provide a strong guarantee for improving the construction quality， but also play an important role in improving the economic benefits of construction enterprises. Next， this paper will make a brief discussion on the construction management of building electromechanical installation engineering， hoping to play a certain role in improving the construction level of building electromechanical installation engineering.

机电安装工程是建筑施工过程中重要的工作内容之一，同时建筑机电安装工程涉及较多内容，任何一个安装细节出现问题都会对整个安装过程造成严重影响。因此，加强建筑机电安装工程的施工管理工作有着重要意义，只有这样才能通过有效的管理工作逐渐提升机电安装工程的质量。

1.1建筑机电安装工程施工管理工作力度不足

在工程建设过程中，建筑工程的根本目标是保证建筑工程质量以及维护人民群众的生命安全。因此，这就要求在建筑机电安装施工中，一定要严格按照安全施工的有关要求对施工过程进行控制，在机电安装施工管理过程中，一定要保证机电安装的全部过程都与我国有关规定保持一致。但通过对我国目前建筑机电安装工程施工管理工作现狀进行研究可以发现，我国部分管理人员缺乏对管理工作的重视程度，同时施工人员对机电安装工程的重要性认识不足，导致在机电设备安装中未严格按照有关要求进行，这就使得建筑机电设备安装与我国的有关规定难以保持一致。……
