近年来，随着我国建筑行业节能减排政策的深入贯彻落实，明确要求建筑企业需主动迎合时代发展潮流，侧重搭建健全的绿色建筑施工管理体系，构建完善的管理机制，以此有效降低建筑材料的消耗量，进一步推动我国建筑行业长远稳步地发展。本文主要以绿色建筑施工管理的概念及作用为切入点，进一步对绿色建筑施工管理具体实施策略进行分析，希望以此全面提高绿色建筑施工管理工作的效率及质量。

In recent years， with the in-depth implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies in China's construction industry， it is clearly required that construction enterprises should actively meet the development trend of the times， focus on building a sound green building construction management system and a perfect management mechanism， so as to effectively reduce the consumption of building materials and further promote the long-term and steady development of China's construction industry. Based on the concept and function of green building construction management， this paper further analyzes the specific implementation strategies of green building construction management， hoping to comprehensively improve the efficiency and quality of green building construction management.

进入21世纪以来，在社会经济稳步发展的大背景下，我国建筑行业规模持续扩大，且建筑工程数量逐渐增多，进而使相关部门及单位对建筑工程施工管理工作提出了更为严格的标准要求。值得注意的是，施工管理作为建筑工程施工作业的关键性环节，贯穿施工作业过程的始终，其管理理念是否具有先进性、管理水平是否具有代表性，对建筑工程施工的效率及质量影响较大。如果忽略施工管理，则会影响工程施工建设质量，还可能产生大量的建筑垃圾，威胁施工现场周围的自然生态环境。而绿色建筑施工管理理念的提出及普及应用，能够有效填补传统施工管理模式存在的缺陷，且符合现代建筑施工行业可持续性发展的基本国策要求。由此可见，从建筑施工管理工作质量效益水平全面提升角度考虑，本文针对“绿色建筑施工管理理念及有效实施策略”进行分析研究具有重要的价值意义。……
