【摘    要】小学语文阅读作为一项重要的教学内容，同样也是一项难点教学内容。学生的语文基础非常重要，小学时期的语文学习能力往往会影响学生以后的语文学习能力。因此，如何提升语文教学的质量，成了非常值得思考的问题。本文将首先分析了语文要素的基本含义及内涵，然后分析了小学语文阅读教学的现状及出现的问题，从而引出阅读教学与阅读能力培养的重要性，最后根据语文教学的现状提出了相应的解决措施。

【Abstract】As an important teaching content， primary school Chinese reading is also a difficult teaching content. The language foundation of students is very important， and the language learning ability in elementary school will often affect the later language learning ability of students. Therefore， how to improve the quality of Chinese teaching has become a very worthy question. This article will first analyze the basic meaning and connotation of Chinese elements， and then analyze the current situation and problems of primary school Chinese reading teaching， so as to elicit the importance of reading teaching and reading ability training， and finally propose corresponding solutions based on the current situation of Chinese teaching Measures.

一、基于语文要素的语文阅读学习

语文要素可以理解为“语文学习要素”，即“学什么”“怎么学”。与阅读教学结合起来，就是“在阅读教学的过程中学到的內容是什么”“怎么更好地学习语文阅读内容”。教师的阅读教学工作应围绕这两个问题开展，让阅读教学更加具有条理性，学习目标更明确。从学什么的方面来说，阅读教学分为两个板块，首先是语文课文中对课文的学习，是学生日常语文学习中接触的最多的阅读学习活动。对于这部分阅读的学习目标往往是掌握阅读当中出现的生字生词、把握课文的主要内容以及作者的主要感情。这部分阅读教学的难度较低，学生的主要任务是积累语文基础，学习阅读理解的一般方式。

另一种阅读教学则是在练习册中、考试中出现的阅读素材。这部分阅读往往考验学生独立地对文章内容及情感的把握，可以发现，阅读中最重要的能力则是对文章内容的了解与对情感的把握，将课文中学到的阅读一般方式运用到其他文章中。……
