【摘    要】小学数学教学中回族学困生的转化工作，是提升小学数学教学质量的重要研究课题。本文认为回族学困生产生的原因有：回族学生对待教育的态度不够积极和主动、采用的学习方法不够合理、教师对回族学生的关注度有待提高;并提出了做好“两门功课”，解决回族学生的学习动力问题;关注学习过程，采用“传帮带”和“点穴式”教学方法;采用合理的评价方式，发挥教学评价的激励和约束作用等转化策略。

【Abstract】The transformation of Hui students with learning difficulties in elementary school mathematics teaching is an important research topic to improve the quality of elementary school mathematics teaching. This article believes that the reasons for the Hui students learning difficulties are： the Hui students attitude towards education is not proactive and proactive， the learning methods adopted are not reasonable enough， the teachers attention to the Hui students needs to be improved， and it proposes to do "two homework". Solve the problem of learning motivation of Hui students; pay attention to the learning process， adopt the teaching methods of "passing and guiding" and "point-pointing"; adopt reasonable evaluation methods， and give play to the transformation strategies such as the motivation and restraint of teaching evaluation.

在小学数学教学過程中，局限于小学生的思维能力，很多学生随着数学知识越来越难而逐渐“掉队”，成为学困生。尤其是对于回族学生而言，他们对待学习的态度、在学习中的用功程度等都较为欠缺，在数学学习中更容易成为学困生。从教学实践来看，很多回族学生在进入中高年级后，就会与其他学生产生差距。那么如何才能正确地对待这些学困生，让他们回归到正常的学习轨道中，成为每个数学教师必须认真研究的教育问题。

一、小学数学教学中回族学困生产生的原因

从教学实践来看，小学数学教学中回族学生变成学困生，既有自身的原因、家庭的原因，也有教师采用的策略的原因。

（一）回族学生对待教育的态度不够积极和主动

很多回族学生对待学习的态度往往不够坚定，一方面，他们的家庭环境导致他们对待学习不主动，没有形成正确的思想观念。……
