越南共產党中央总书记、国家主席阮富仲会见赵克志

越南共产党中央总书记、国家主席阮富仲2月19日在河内会见国务委员、公安部部长赵克志。

赵克志转达了习近平总书记、国家主席对阮富仲总书记、国家主席的亲切问候，并祝贺越共十三大的胜利召开。赵克志表示，中越都是共产党领导的社会主义国家，是具有战略意义的命运共同体。习近平总书记与阮富仲总书记不久前通话，为新形势下巩固和深化两党两国关系指明了前进方向。两国公安部门将认真贯彻落实两党两国最高领导人重要共识，加强在捍卫各自政治安全、社会安定等方面的合作，不断深化执法安全合作，为中越全面战略合作伙伴关系持续健康稳定发展作出更大贡献。

阮富仲请赵克志转达对习近平总书记、国家主席的诚挚问候。他表示，越南党、国家和人民愿不断巩固和发展同志加兄弟的越中传统友好关系，希望两国公安部门进一步加强务实合作，为维护两国政治安全和社会稳定发挥重要作用，推动越中全面战略合作伙伴关系不断向前发展。

Top Vietnamese Leader Meets Minister Zhao Kezhi

General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam （CPV） and President Nguyen Phu Trong met with State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi in Hanoi on February 19.

Zhao conveyed the cordial greetings from General Secretary of the Communist Party of China （CPC） and President Xi Jinping to his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Phu Trong and congratulated on the successful conclusion of the 13th National Congress of the CPV. Zhao stated that China and Vietnam are both socialist countries under the leadership of the Communist Party and a community with a shared future of strategic importance. General Secretary Xi Jinping's recent phone talks with General Secretary Nguyen chartered the course for developing the relations between both parties and countries in the new era. Public security departments of both sides will earnestly implement the important consensus reached between the two top leaders， strengthen cooperation in safeguarding political security and social stability， deepen law enforcement collaboration， and make greater contributions to the sustained， sound and continuous development of the China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.

Nguyen Phu Trong extended his sincere regards to General Secretary and President Xi Jinping via Minister Zhao. He said that the CPV， the country and its people are ready to consolidate and develop the friendly relations of “comrades and brothers" with China. He hoped for the two public security departments to promote practical cooperation， play important roles in maintaining political security and social stability， and push forward continuous development of the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.

Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam Xiong Bo， Deputy Secretary General of the Chinese State Council Meng Yang， Chinese Deputy Minister of Public Security and Head of National Immigration Administration Xu Ganlu， and Chinese Ambassador of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs （deputy ministerial level） Xie Hangsheng attended the event.
