摘  要：以云平台为基础设施，将云制造技术、物联网技术、区块链技术与大数据技术相融合的技术已经成为数字化工厂建设的趋势。文章以云平台、大数据技术为着眼点，介绍了数字化工厂的系统架构模型、功能设计以及应用前景。以工业云为抓手，推动“区块链”技术与智能制造技术在工业企业中的应用，将推动本地企业在产品、服务、装备、制造全过程的数字化、网络化、智能化，推动业务与协作模式向服务型、个性化、社会化制造方向发展。

Development and Application Promotion of Digitalized Plant Based on Cloud Platform

Abstract： Based on cloud platform， the technology of integration of cloud manufacturing technology， Internet of Things technology， block-chain technology and big data technology has become the trend of digitalized factory construction. Focusing on cloud platform and big data technology， this paper introduces the system architecture model， function design and application prospect of digitalized plant. Focusing on the industrial cloud， promoting the application of “block-chain” technology and intelligent manufacturing technology in industrial enterprises will promote the digitization， networking and intelligence of local enterprises in the whole process of products， services， equipment and manufacturing， and promote the development of business and cooperation mode towards service-oriented， personalized and socialized manufacturing.

0  引  言

當前，制造业正面临全球新科技革命和产业变革的挑战，亟待通过新技术、新理念、新模式实现传统产业的转型升级。第三次科技革命所引领的信息技术革命，将推动产业结构发生重大变化，促使我国制造业从价值链低端向中高端，从制造大国向制造强国、从中国制造向中国创造进行深刻转变。以“工业化与信息化深度融合”为特征的制造业信息化与创新驱动，是我国实现从制造大国向制造强国迈进的战略举措。

自2015年以来，国家规划司编制的《智能制造工程实施指南》，将智能制造作为主攻方向，结合顶层规划、试点示范、标准体系建设，推动智能制造行业进入实质落地。四年来，政策引擎

推动信息技术领域屡结硕果，业内涌现出很多先进的智能制造系统方案：如智能制造执行系统、加工环节数字化系统、智能输送系统、智能仓储系统和企业资源计划系统等。……
