摘  要：为了电力企业配电变压器数据治理工作有效开展，促使配电变压器数据具备一致性、完整性、准确性，文章对电力企业的营销系统和GIS系统中的配电变压器数据进行对比，分析两侧的数据差异，梳理出配电变压器不一致问题，包括主体对象不一致和对象的共有属性不一致共9类问题。从梳理出的数据进一步分析出导致配电变压器数据质量问题的原因，为电力企业配电变压器数据治理提供治理方向，提升问题定位的效率，促进数据治理的开展。

Research on Data Governance Methods of Distribution Transformer

in Power Enterprises

Abstract： In order to effectively carry out the data governance of distribution transformer in power enterprises， promote the consistency， integrity and accuracy of distribution transformer data， this paper compares the distribution transformer data in the marketing system and GIS system of power enterprises， analyzes the data differences on both sides， and combs out the inconsistency problems of distribution transformers， including 9 types of problems， such as the inconsistency of main objects and the inconsistency of common attributes of objects， etc. Further analyzes the causes of distribution transformer data quality problems through the sorted data， provides governance direction for distribution transformer data governance of power enterprises， improves the efficiency of problem positioning， and promotes the development of data governance.

0  引  言

随着电网业务的发展，电网企业面临企业级信息系统的迭代更新，不断持续优化完善企业级信息系统。新的企业级系统是以现有业务系统为基础，对业务进行整合，促使协同业务工作更加密切、统一，保证账卡物一致、资产成本归集、项目全过程、营配调协同等核心协同业务稳定运行。

原系统运行历史悠久，协同关系复杂、数据量大，数据库设计缺少统一考虑，存在大量的冗余数据，导致数据定义不一致、数据无法关联等问题，其中配电变压器是配网业务开展的核心对象，数据质量更是关系到多个核心业务的协同，所以须对数据进行有效治理，以保障协同业务顺利开展及新系统上线后的稳定运行。

基于电网企业原业务系统积累的大量配电变压器的运行数据，结合业务流程等方面进行配电变压器的数据质量分析和数据治理方法研究。……
