摘  要：为支撑国家电网有限公司数字化建设，对公司原有信息调运检体系进行深入分析，结合公司未来发展与客观形势变化，提出“两级调度、三层运检、一体化运营”的新一代信息调运检体系优化研究成果，提出精益调度、智能运检、高效运营的实践方向，从而构建纵向联动、横向协作、建运协同的运维模式，为体系进一步推广实践奠定基础。

Research on the Optimization of a New Generation Information Dispatching， Operation and Maintenance System of State Grid Corporation of China

Abstract： In order to support the digital construction of the State Grid Corporation of China， the original information dispatching， operation and maintenance system of the company is deeply analyzed， combined with the future development of the company and the changes of the objective situation， the optimization research results of a new generation information dispatching， operation and maintenance system of “two-level dispatching， three-level operation and maintenance and integrated operation” are put forward， the practice direction of lean dispatching， intelligent operation and maintenance and efficient operation is proposed， so as to build an operation and maintenance mode of vertical linkage， horizontal cooperation and construction operation cooperation， and lay the foundation for the further promotion and practice of the system.

0  引  言

隨着国家电网有限公司数字化建设持续推进，互联网业务快速发展，新技术、新理念不断涌现，信息运行管理面临运维对象规模激增、边界持续扩展、业务快速更新等新形势，给信息调运检体系带来新的挑战和机遇。

为更好支撑公司数字化建设，按照“安全支撑发展、运行保障业务”的宗旨，推动信息运行工作从面向设备（系统）向面向平台、业务、数据转型，适应公司云平台、数据中台、物联管理平台生产需要，打造“双态”（稳态+敏态）运维模式，全面提升精益调度、智能运检、高效运营能力，特开展公司信息调运检体系优化研究工作，提出适应公司发展的体系优化方案。

1  体系现状

国家电网公司信息专业借鉴电网一次生产调运检体系，依托国网信通公司、省（自治区、直辖市）信通公司和地市信通公司，以客服、调度、运行、检修业务为基础，构建了“两级调度，三层检修，一体化运行”的信息调运检体系，如图1所示。……
