摘 要：基于存量垃圾现状，分析存量垃圾综合治理的工艺技术，并在此基础上，选取广东省东莞市3个简易填埋场进行取样检测，从含水率、可燃物热值情况、土壤性状及物料组分等方面进行分析，提出采用分筛清理技术实施存量垃圾综合治理的可行性方案。

Countermeasures for Comprehensive Management of the Stocked Waste

in Dongguan City

Abstract： Based on the current situation of the stocked waste， the article analyzes the existing technologies of the stocked waste.On this basis， there’re three simple landfill sites in Dongguan City were selected for sampling and detection， in the aspects of soil moisture content， calorific value of inflammables， soil properties and material composition， and proposed a feasibility report to implement the comprehensive treatment of stocked waste by screening technology.

存量生活垃圾主要是指非正规生活垃圾堆放点和不达标生活垃圾填埋设施所存放的未处置的生活垃圾。非正规生活垃圾堆放点和不达标生活垃圾填埋设施场底无防渗结构，无法有效阻隔地表降水，垃圾堆体持续产生滲滤液，对地表水、地下水、大气和土壤造成二次污染，是有机物、重金属和病原微生物的污染源。笔者对3种存量垃圾综合治理方式进行比选，提出广东省东莞市存量垃圾综合治理方案。

1 存量垃圾现状

随着我国经济的快速发展和城镇化进程的不断加快，人多地少的矛盾日益显现，导致城市发展空间不足。近年来，存量垃圾治理被纳入国家发展规划，说明我国对垃圾存量整治工作逐步重视。大量的存量垃圾治理项目占用大量土地，对周边环境也造成了不良影响，阻碍了周边土地的开发。

2 存量垃圾综合治理工艺分析

根据填埋场综合治理后的规划及土地利用，存量垃圾综合治理的方式主要有3种：①抽气输氧稳定+封场生态修复;②筛分清理;③垂直防渗墙+封场生态修复。……
