摘 要：金凤新苑小区项目规模大、工期紧，存在成片住宅和商场，尤其商场区域外墙外立面造型多变，突出墙面线条较多，现场外脚手架连墙件的搭设质量难以控制。另外，项目属于民生工程，外墙不允许出现任何渗漏水现象。结合金凤新苑项目的现场情况，选取一种螺栓套筒连接形式的外架新型连墙件进行施工，避免了常规连墙件连接的各种不足。其不仅施工方便、安全性好，而且材料周转性好。此外，分析其新颖的连接方式和特殊的构造形式，以期为同类工程提供参考。

Analysis on Construction Technology of Outer Frame Connecting Wall Pieces of Bolt Socket Connection Form

Abstract： The project of Jinfeng Xinyuan community has a large scale and tight construction period. There are lots of houses and shopping malls. In particular， the shape of the outer facade of the outer wall in the shopping mall area is changeable， and there are many prominent wall lines. It is difficult to control the erection quality of the wall connecting parts of the scaffold outside the site. In addition， the project belongs to the people’s livelihood project， and no water leakage is allowed on the outer wall. Combined with the site situation of Jinfeng Xinyuan project， a new type of external frame wall connecting part in the form of bolt sleeve connection is selected for construction， which avoids various shortcomings of the connection of conventional wall connecting parts. It is not only convenient for construction， good safety， but also good material turnover. The new connection mode and special structural form are analyzed in order to provide reference for similar projects.

随着房屋建筑规模的不断扩大和高层建筑的日益涌现，对建筑工程施工过程起到重要作用的外脚手架的搭设要求也变得越来越高。外脚手架与建筑主体结构如何进行可靠连接，是确保架体稳定性的关键。如果连墙件设置不足或连墙件被拆除后未及时补设，极易引起脚手架倒塌事故。目前，房屋建筑项目采用的常规外脚手架连墙件是预埋钢管连接或后锚固连接形式[1]。传统连墙件预埋钢管连接由于预埋竖向钢管后期无法拔除，在外墙砌筑时，需要对预埋钢管洞口进行封堵，会造成外墙渗漏隐患和钢管的非正常损失。而连墙件后锚固连接则存在施工不方便、抗拔力低等缺陷。为了确保高层建筑及复杂多样外立面建筑的外脚手架整体稳定性，研制出一种新型的连墙件装置，能有效减少后期连墙件孔洞修补时间并杜绝外墙渗水隐患，确保了架体的稳定性[2]。……
